Very large early 20th century Austrian bronze Bezalel relief plaque depicting Elijah
the Prophet, by Boris Schatz (1866-1932) sculptor,painter and founder of the Bezalel
School of Arts Jerusalem.Signed and dated in Hebrew Tiberias 1915.Inscribed on
the lower rim in Hebrew Elijah the Prophet, and further relevant inscription around
the upper rim.Diameter 41cm.
